UNITY ON MIDDLE EAST

At UGM today Howard Davies announced concern over deteriorating community relations at LSE. There is growing worry that the Israel Palestine debate is perpetuating religious/racial confrontation.

Whilst the LSESU Codes of Practice stongly upholds freedom of speech and the right to uphold contoversial political belief, it is vehemently upholds the right of LSE students to study in a non discriminatory environment in which all can be comfortable. If individual groups are feeling marginalised and even targeted, we must act swiftly to correct this.

How do you think we can resolve these issues. What should be the next step on the Israel Palestine debate at the LSE?
